Australia Post will temporarily pause eParcel and Parcel Post pickups, collections and lodgements from eCommerce retailers across Greater Melbourne Metro operations for five days.

End: 12.01am Wednesday 6 October (AEST)
This temporary measure is due to clearing record parcel volumes while Australia Post Greater Melbourne Metro operations are impacted by major COVID-19 disruptions. Please refer to the AusPost updates for more detailed information.
Australia Post pick up delays will be an ongoing issue. Even though Express Post will remain unchanged, the pickup frequency might be affected. In order to minimise the impact to our customers, we have made the following arrangements.
- All orders will be upgraded to Express Post for free during the pause period except WA regional and Northern Territory.
- We will use couriers other than Australia Post for WA regional and Northern Territory.
- For Melbourne metro area, we might use express service other than Australia Post to ensure speedy deliveries.
- The Same Day Dispatch policy is temporarily suspended. We will review this policy at weekly basis.
