30-Day Return Promise

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days if:

• The item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
• You provide a valid proof of purchase
• Any Gift with Purchase (GWP) items received are returned with the order

Please note: We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Clearance or seconds items
• Gift cards

If the item has been opened or assembled, a restocking fee may apply, as the product can no longer be resold as new. Reward points earned from returned items will also be reversed.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toypark.com.au or via our Contact Us form to obtain the return address. Kindly include the reason for the return and specify which item(s) you would like to return.

• Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage costs
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Toypark is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit
• Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–5 business days to process.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If free shipping was applied to your original order and your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

• The item is not in original condition
• The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• The item is returned more than 30 days after purchase
• The item has been opened or assembled, as it can no longer be resold as new (a restocking fee may apply)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved

If the item was not marked as a gift:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method

Please note: Gift returns are treated as change-of-mind returns and must meet the same eligibility conditions.
