How do I earn store credit?
Simply shop! You'll earn 5% back in store credit on every $1 you spend — on every order, including sale items — added to your account automatically, with no points to track.
What is my Toypark store credit?
Your store credit is your rewards balance, held in your Toypark account like a digital wallet. It builds up as you shop and can be spent on any future order at checkout.
How do I redeem my store credit?
Log in to your account, copy your Store Credit code and enter it in the 'Gift Card' field at checkout — or just click the "Apply Store Credit" button at checkout. Full steps are shown in the "Easy ways to redeem" section above.
When does my store credit expire?
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date you earn it. Any unused balance expires after 12 months, so be sure to use it before then.
I had existing star points but I can't find them
When we updated to the new Toypark Rewards program, we transferred and converted your points as at 31st July 2026 to store credit. These will be valid for 6 months from 31/7/26. You'll get a reminder email before they expire. If you need more assistance, please contact our Care Team at info@toypark.com.au.
How quickly will my store credit show up in my account?
Your store credit is added to your account instantly after every purchase and is ready to use straight away.
Can I use my store credit with other discount codes?
Yes! Your store credit works just like a gift card, so you can use it on top of sale prices and discount codes at checkout — the savings stack.
If I return an item, will my store credit be refunded?
If you return an item for a refund, any store credit you earned on that item will be removed from your balance accordingly.
Can I use my store credit on sale items?
Absolutely — your store credit works like a gift card and can be used on any order, including sale and discounted items. The only exception is gift vouchers, which can't be purchased using store credit.
Can I earn store credit from past purchases?
Our new Toypark Rewards program starts from 31st July 2026, so all Toypark purchases from this date will earn you store credit. If you were a loyalty member prior to this date, your points have been transferred and converted across to our new program. Log in and go to My Account on our website to see your balance.
What happens if I cancel my Toypark preorder?
If you cancel a preorder, any store credit earned on that order will be removed, since the order won't be completed.
