Shipping Policy 

Shipping Within Australia

 

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 (excludes furniture and bulky items)
  • $9.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $99
  • Furniture and bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

*Please note that the Fat Brain Toys Air Toobz, Learning Towers, and furniture ranges are classified as bulky items. Shipping costs for these products are calculated automatically at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.*

Shipping carriers are selected based on your location and order requirements. We partner with Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, Hunter Express, and MyTeamGE to deliver orders across Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Express Shipping

  • $10 surcharge
  • Not available for furniture or bulky items, or for deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
  • Simply add the items to your cart and, if eligible, the Express Shipping option will appear under “Shipping Method” at checkout.

 

Dispatch Timeframes

·        Same-day dispatch cut-off: 10:00am (business days only)

·        Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the next business day

·        Same-day dispatch does not apply during sale events

·        Dispatch timeframes apply to in-stock items only and after full payment has been received

·        If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock

Metro Areas

·       Express: 2–3 business days

·       Standard: 3–5 business days

Regional Areas

·       Express: 3–5 business days

·       Standard: 5–8 business days

Remote Areas

·       Express: 5–7 business days

·       Standard: 7–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and provided as a guide. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control or the courier’s control. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

Shipping Outside Australia

 

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations.

International Duties & Taxes

Please note:

·       Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

·       These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

·       We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for duties or customs charges.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

International Shipping Rates

Available postage options and courier services will be automatically displayed at checkout once you enter your international delivery address.

If no shipping options appear, please contact us and we will gladly check possible shipping solutions for you.

Please note that due to recent changes affecting international shipping, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the United States at this time.

Bulky & Furniture Items

Bulky or furniture items are currently not available for international shipping.

 

30-Day Return Promise

 

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days if:

·        The item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging

·        You provide a valid proof of purchase

·        Any Gift with Purchase (GWP) items received are returned with the order

Please note:

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for:

·        Clearance or seconds items

·        Gift cards

If the item has been opened or assembled, a restocking fee may apply, as the product can no longer be resold as new. Reward points earned from returned items will also be reversed.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toypark.com.au or via our Contact Us form to obtain the return address. Kindly include the reason for the return and specify which item(s) you would like to return.

·        Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage costs

·        We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

·        Toypark is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping

 

Refunds

·       Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit

·       Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–5 business days to process.

·       Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If free shipping was applied to your original order and your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

·        The item is not in original condition

·        The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

·        The item is returned more than 30 days after purchase

·        The item has been opened or assembled, as it can no longer be resold as new (a restocking fee may apply)

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

·        You will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved

 If the item was not marked as a gift:

·        The refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method

 Please note: Gift returns are treated as change-of-mind returns and must meet the same eligibility conditions.
