Lubulona Lime Truck

It is a lime wooden truck with its own little driver. The driver can sit in the cab and lift out again, so a child can send the truck off on deliveries and jobs around a pretend town, then park it up when the work is done.

The trucks come in six colours: plum, ochre, lime, dark blue, red and grey. Each one arrives with a driver, so you can collect a few and run a small fleet of delivery trucks through a town, each with its own colour and job.

Yes. The trucks are made to work with any Lubu Town product, so the lime truck can drive along the streets, stop at the houses and share the roads with the cars. It gives a block town a bigger vehicle for hauling and deliveries.

Loading the driver in and out works small fingers, while pushing the truck on deliveries builds pretend play and storytelling. A child decides what the truck carries, where it goes and who is driving, which stretches early language.

It is made in Europe from beech wood. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away, keeping it out of water. That simple care protects the timber and the lime finish through plenty of rough and tumble.

It works for preschoolers of three and up as well as older children. The driver is a small part, so keep it away from children under three, and store the driver with the truck so the pair stays together.
