It's an expansion. With 16 road-specific pieces it adds ramps and junctions to tiles you already own, so pair it with a Creative or Starter pack for the squares and walls that complete a track or town.

What can children build with it?

Does it connect with my other Connetix and Magna-Tiles?

Yes. Every road tile clicks onto other Connetix sets and base plates. They also join Magna-Tiles, with slight differences in size and colour tone between brands.

Is it safe, and what age is it for?

Tiles are non-toxic ABS that is BPA, lead and phthalate free, with magnets ultrasonically welded and riveted inside. Ages 3+; it has strong magnets and small parts, so keep it from children who mouth toys and seek help if a magnet is swallowed.
