What are the rainbow coins made from?

The coins are made from wood and finished in vivid rainbow colours. Each disc is smooth and pleasant to handle, and their flat shape makes them easy to stack and lay out. As they are finished by hand, small colour differences between coins are normal.

What size are the Grimm's rainbow coins?

The coins come in two sizes, 30mm and 40mm in diameter, and each is 10mm thick. The two diameters help children build layered towers, arrange circles and mandalas, and fit the coins in and around larger Grimm's blocks and rolls.

How can children play with the coins?

How do I look after the wooden coins?

Wipe the coins with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them right away rather than soaking them in water. Keep the 24 pieces together in a bag or bowl so the set stays complete and ready for the next build.
