Grimm’s Colour Charts Rally

Colour Charts Rally is a set of wooden blocks that children line up, match by colour and topple in a classic domino chain. The same blocks stack into towers, buildings and castles, so the set moves easily between colour games and open ended building.

Children can stand the blocks on end for a domino run, sort and name the colours as they go, or build upwards into towers and walls. Because the pieces are simple coloured blocks, the play grows with the child, from early colour matching to detailed construction.

The blocks are made from lime wood and finished with a non toxic water based colour stain. Lime is a light, smooth timber that feels good to handle, and the water based stain lets the grain show through while giving each block its clear colour.

Grimm's recommends this set for children aged 3 years and over. At this age children enjoy lining up and knocking down the blocks, matching colours and starting to build simple structures, all of which this set supports in a single box.

Clean the blocks with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them promptly instead of washing them under water. Store the set together so no pieces go missing. As each block is stained by hand, slight differences in colour depth between blocks are normal.
