Sarah's Silks Streamer - Snowflake

The Streamer is built around a 16-inch birch wood wand topped with a decorative wooden bead. Attached to it is a long silk streamer that measures 8 feet in length and about an inch wide. Your child holds the wand and the silk ribbon flows and dances through the air behind it.
