Celestial Fairy Skirts are 23-inches long with an elastic waist that stretches comfortably from 22 to 35-inches, sewn with two layers of 100% pure mulberry silk, and silkscreened with earth-friendly dyes in our Celestial colorway.

Fits most children ages 3 - 9 years old.

Double layered, hand-painted silk is sewn so the hemline hangs in graceful points, perfect for twirling. A stretchy waist ensures a snug and comfortable fit.
