How does the water wheel work?

Children pour water into the wooden tank at the top. The water flows down into the crafted channel, runs across the rustic roof and pours onto the mini water wheel, which spins as it falls. Because the wheel is not fixed to the hut, it can be moved to change the angle and the flow.

What can children do without water?

Plenty. The hut works as an imaginative play space on its own, with a movable mini staircase and room for favourite figurines. Children act out scenes in and around the hut, then add water later when they want to watch it flow. It gives open ended play both wet and dry.
