Fauna Birdtree - Africa

It is a colourful, free-standing wooden puzzle shaped like an African bird tree. Redesigned in 2017 for more open-ended play, it holds a family of African birds your child fits into the tree. Made in Hungary from sustainable timber, it suits preschoolers aged 3 to 6.

The tree features eight African birds: the Trumpeter Hornbill, Village Weaver, Scarlet-chested Sunbird, Lilac-breasted Roller, Bearded Barbet, Blue-breasted Kingfisher, Northern Carmine Bee-eater and the Ostrich added in the 2017 redesign. A multilingual card names each bird to support recognition.

The puzzle measures approximately 20 cm x 28 cm x 2.5 cm, larger than Fauna's single-letter pieces. It is made to stand freely, so once assembled it looks striking displayed on a child's bedroom shelf as well as being fun to play with.
