Sarah's Silks Balloon Ball Star

The Star Balloon Ball is a cover hand sewn from 100 percent pure mulberry silk in the best selling star colourway. You slip an inflated balloon inside, and the silk gives it a soft surface and gentle weight that is easy for small children to toss, catch, and bat around indoors.

It measures roughly 10 inches across when the balloon inside is fully inflated. The silk cover stretches to fit, so the finished ball stays light enough to float on a soft toss yet large enough for little arms to wrap around and carry from room to room.

Yes. Each Star Balloon Ball ships with one balloon so it is ready to play the moment it arrives. When the balloon eventually wears out, you simply pop a fresh one inside the silk cover and the toy is good to go again.

It comes from the same family as our play silks and shares the same pure mulberry silk. Many families float the balloon ball while dancing with silks or streamers, so the soft ball becomes part of the same open ended, imaginative games rather than a single use toy.
