What comes in the Pastel Replacement Ball Pack?

Sixteen solid wooden balls, two each of eight pastel colours: Berry, Rose, Lemon, Peach, Mint, Emerald, Violet and Sapphire. They restock a set that has lost balls, or add a full spare set so more children can race at once.

Do these balls fit any Connetix ball run too?

Yes. The balls are the same size and solid wood as the rainbow ones, so they roll through any Connetix ball run tube. Mixing pastel and rainbow balls is a simple way to tell each child's ball apart during a race.

Why 16 balls here but 12 in the rainbow pack?

The pastel range has eight colours rather than six, so a pair of each comes to sixteen. The extra balls are handy for big families and playdates where everyone wants their own colour to send down the run.

These are wooden, so how do I care for them?

Keep them dry and store them with your tiles. If they pick up grime from play, wipe them with a dry or barely damp cloth rather than soaking them, since standing water can mark the wood over time.

Can we use the balls away from the ball run?

Yes. Families use them for colour sorting, counting games and as loose parts in sensory bins. The matching pairs of colours also make them handy for simple early matching activities as well as racing.

What age are these suitable for?

They suit ages 3 and up. The balls are a choking-size small part, so keep them away from babies and toddlers who still mouth toys, and pack them away after play.
