The Mini is a wooden bow and arrow set that VAH recommends from age 3 and up. It is not suitable for children under 36 months. The ash-wood body keeps it light, so smaller archers can hold the bow and draw the string.

What do the arrows stick to?

Each arrow ends in a suction cup rather than a point. The tips grip the VAH round target or any smooth surface, such as a glass door or window, so you can set up a place to shoot almost anywhere in the home.

What is the bow made from?

The bow uses ash wood with a faux-leather grip, plus steel and plastic parts on the arrows. VAH finishes the range in non-toxic colours and makes every set in Germany, so the wood stays smooth and pleasant to hold.

How big is the mini bow?

The bow stands 70cm tall and each arrow measures 34cm. That length gives young players enough reach to draw the string properly while the bow still stays manageable for smaller archers during a game.

Can you buy a matching target?

Yes. The VAH round target gives the suction arrows a dedicated place to land and hangs from a pre-drilled hole. You can add it to your set at /products/vah-round-target-for-suction-arrows.

How should the bow be looked after?

Wipe the ash wood with a dry cloth and store it indoors away from damp, which can warp the wood over time. Check the string and the arrow tips now and then, and always keep aim away from faces and eyes.
