Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in the Connetix tiles ball run bundle?

The bundle pairs the 104 Piece Bright Creative Pack with the 114 Piece Bright Ball Run Pack, 218 pieces in total. One pack supplies the building shapes and the other adds clear tubes, connector tiles, 8 wooden balls and accessories like a funnel and release gate.

Why combine the creative pack with the ball run?

The Creative Pack gives the squares, triangles and rectangles needed to build tall supports and walls, and the Ball Run Pack turns those structures into tracks. Together children can build a castle and then send balls spiralling down its towers.

Which ball run pieces are included?

The Bright Ball Run Pack includes 6 spiral tubes, 12 U pieces, 12 small turns, 6 short and 6 long straights, 4 slides, 2 staircases, 2 split tubes, 2 bowls, a funnel, a release gate and 12 connector rings. That is plenty for long runs with drops, loops and branches.

Is this a good first ball run set?

Yes. Because it includes a full creative set as well as the ball run pieces, children do not need any other tiles to get started. The inspiration books show example builds, which helps first-time builders before they start designing their own.

What skills does ball run play build?

Designing a working run means thinking about height, angle and balance, then testing and adjusting when a ball gets stuck. It is a hands-on way to practise problem-solving, patience and early physics through play.

What age is it recommended for?

It is recommended for children aged 3 and up because it contains magnets, small parts and wooden balls. Adult supervision is a good idea with younger children, especially while the balls are in use.
